About SPK Resurs and the BERK Brand

SPK Resurs is a diversified industrial company providing end-to-end solutions for Russia’s road sector. We combine the supply of critical materials, modern equipment, and engineering support so that our clients’ infrastructure projects are delivered faster, more efficiently, and more safely.

BERK is SPK Resurs’s industrial brand, created under the national program for technological import substitution and the development of domestic pump manufacturing. BERK products merge European engineering standards with a Russian production base, ensuring a full cycle—from design and machining to assembly and factory testing under Quality Control oversight.

Drawing on SPK Resurs’s long-standing expertise in petrochemicals, bitumen technologies, and road machinery, BERK pumps are engineered for stable operation in heavy industrial duty where reliability, precision, and resistance to high temperatures and loads are critical.

BERK GD

Gear Pumps

GD series pumps handle liquids with viscosities from 38 to 100,000 cSt. The design supports stable operation in both rotation directions; the integrated bypass is easily adjusted by changing the discharge-valve position.

Thanks to the positive-displacement principle, the pumps generate high pressure even at low RPM while maintaining output at low flow. Flow rate is directly proportional to shaft speed, enabling precise delivery control for the application.

Key advantages:

• Versatility: wide viscosity range.

• Application fit: ideal for organic binders (petroleum bitumen, polymer-modified bitumen, vacuum residue), heavy fuel oils, and other petroleum products.

• Reliability: effective operation across the RPM range.

• Flexibility: reversible rotation and fine flow control.

BERK GR (Gear + Reducer)

Gear Pumps

BERK GR series are industrial pumps with a motor-reducer drive engineered for continuous transfer of viscous liquids up to 100,000 cSt and temperatures up to 200 °C.

The integrated reducer provides optimal torque at low RPM, extending service life, reducing noise, and stabilizing flow under high loads.

Key advantages:

• Lower energy consumption via precise speed selection.

• Extended service life due to optimal load on the gear pair.

• Continuous duty with viscous and aggressive media.

• Compact design: pump and reducer in a single unit.

• Available with electric or thermooil heating

BERK CH

Centrifugal Pumps

CH series pumps are designed for reliable transfer of clean liquids free of solids (sand, scale, rust), with viscosities from 1 to 100,000 cSt and operating temperatures up to 250 °C. These are overhung pumps mounted on a single-piece steel base and coupled via an elastic coupling; to extend service life, a high-temperature graphite seal is installed at the discharge from the volute.

On request, pumps can be manufactured from a range of materials—from standard cast iron to stainless steels and heat-resistant alloys—allowing adaptation to aggressive or high-temperature media. BERK CH combines industrial reliability, ease of maintenance, and energy efficiency, ensuring uninterrupted operation in process lines, bitumen terminals, and asphalt mixing plants.

Key advantages:

• High thermal resistance: operation up to 250 °C.

• Versatility: efficient transfer of thermal oil, oil fractions, and other high-temperature liquids.

• Reliability: dual graphite sealing set and PTFE seals.

• Adaptability: alternative materials available for special media.
